Jim Brady has been in the real estate business since 1983, and has developed and sold over 5,000 acres of land in New Jersey as the managing principal of Brady Realty Company, a real estate development and brokerage firm located in Gladstone, New Jersey. Brady Realty offers a wide range of capabilities including acquisition, construction management, consulting, development, disposition, marketing and site remediation.

Jim began his career working in commercial real estate brokerage for Cross & Brown Company, where he managed office leasing operations in Morris, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.

Mr. Brady served on The Nature Conservancy of New Jersey Board for ten years and has been Vice Chairman of Conservation Resources, Inc. since its inception in 2003.

Jim has been a member of Daylar Properties, LLC since 1996.

Mr. Brady holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
